I doubt the warden will get any more coverage than some DLCs at this point.

Maybe the Devs for DA are trying to make the story revolve around the world rather than a single charachter.

I am expecting the Warden to retire for good in the series. I personally would want to continue on as the Warden, but with all the different decisions made throughout the game, it would be a mess that Bioware would have to clean up.

That's the same impression I get. There's an overall story that they want to tell and as the characters involved, ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL.

I'm not sure about the side character or whatnot. I mean, when they revealed the game, they said Hawke would become the "single most important person in the world of Dragon Age" if i remember right.

Or maybe he just unites the Free Marches + Nevarra under his rule, that's my thought at least. If he does indeed do that then he would be the most important as he would create the strongest empire in Thedas.

It wasn't marked as point of interest on the map Game Informer had posted, but on the other hand Orzammar was. So i guess it'll be revisiting the old place if anything...

Same here. Other franchises, notably Star Wars, has this same feature. Thing is, DA isn't quite as established (content wise) as Star Wars is.
