she;'s in Kal Hirrol. It leads on from Knotwood Hills on your map, which should open up to you've entered the keep and cleared out the darkspawn there.

Strumming my fingers, waiting on the DLC to be uploaded. I keep going back and forth between playing as my Orlesian dwarf or my canon Gilsa. Checked to see if there were any news about the Liara DLC so I'd know how many bioware points to buy all at once. No news. Just watch, it'll probably be available later today after I've already paid. =p

I'm not sure if I'm going to buy it or not. I've not bought any DLC for BioWare games since Equalizer! I guess I'll wait and see how the reviews turn out.

I will say that most DLCs I would probably not buy again, but I thought Leliana's DLC was the best one by far. There was a funny dwarf companion in the party and you could pick Leliana's lines and watch her react accordingly. It was a big improvement, added to the immersion, and is one of the reasons why I won't mind a voiced Hawke in DA2. I'd like for them to improve their game and then get back to a voiced dwarf PC at some point. =p I will share a non-spoiler opinion on the golem DLC later today when it comes out. It could suck, but I'd very much rather have something dwarf-related than pointless darkspawn "what if" scenarios.

One thing I noticed in Abuggening today, on my Dorfy, is that the Statue of War in the Wending Woods sounds suspiciously like Robin Sachs.

Back in The Day, D&D had a magic item called the "Belt of Many Pockets." It was a belt. With many (extra-dimensional) pockets.
My brain sees "The Sash of Forbidden Secrets," crosses it with the "Belt of Many Pockets," and produces something decidedly NSFW but a lot of fun at parties.

OT: New item for when I next run a D&D game: Sash of Many Secrets. Other item, for naughty players: Belt of Forbidden Pockets, it has many extra dimensional pockets. Items go in, but they don't come out. On the other hand, you gain karmic points with the elder gods.
Back on topic, seeing that Orzammar is on the DA2 map, anyone else hope to see Sigrun again?

If we see Sigrun again . . . she'll either be in the Deeproads fighting to the death . . .
or
She will have been sent somewhere by the Warden commander to deal with a problematic situation.
I hope Sigrun doesn't take it personally if I sincerely say that I never want to see her again.

I like Sigrun. It's just that any situation where we might meet her will be hazardous to my health.

Golem DLC is up now. Need to download it via their DLC site rather than download tab in-game, it seems. Here's the thread. Off to download and get THE HIGH REGARD OF HOUSE DACE. =p

Bah, really doesn't fit any of my current characters to want to look after random dwarves in deep places, so guess will wait with getting that one until i get around to a dwarf playthrough...
