Just in terms of age (and how the majority of people are tbh...). 
But it's not really a perfect analogy, no. Endrin is no where near as good as Vito Corleone. Trian is no where near as cool and badass as Sonny. 
Best fit is Bhelen, as Michael.

I dunno. Michael was loyal to his family. I think the HN origin is the better fit to Godfather.

But he killed Fredo, his older brother (understandably so).

I compared the Godfather with the DN a long time ago as a partial joke to Sarah, and it stuck. Mostly because of the 3 siblings thing. And Trian being a bit arrogant, like Sonny (though Sonny had style). Wile Bhelen being a manipulator and good schemer, like Michael.

Really. I still think Bhelen from Dragon Age Redesigned looks best, more creepier that way.

I don't think he is supposed to look creepy. I think he's supposed to look and sound like a fun kind of guy that seemingly likes following his older brother around and subtly make fun of him. As he plots to get rid of him in secret, of course.

It's strange. Even knowing what happens in the origin and what Bhelen's planning, he still comes off as really likealbe up until he leads the expedition to you standing over Trian's corpse.

Also, would it be considered 'excessive' if you write 1.7K words explaining to someone how Bhelen be brilliant and covering all his bases does not mean you have to play a braindead DN? Because there were a lot of bases that Bhelen covered for all sorts of DNs (the in-universe reasoning, I suppose, is if he misjudged them as well).

I had to cover everything or there would be an inevitable 'Oh, but what if I...'

And I still liked Bhelen but he's more likeable when he's not openly insutling you and calling the mother of your son a **** despite the total hypocrisy considering Rica and Endrin Jr.
