I recently purchased some Bioware points using my paypal account.  While
authorizing it took over five minutes with no progress so I did
something I know you're not supposed to but impatience got the better of
me... I hit back and tried again.  As a result I got charged twice for
the same transaction.  Tried going through Paypal to rectify the
situation but they said I have to do it through retailer.  Problem is,
there's no link I could find on the Bioware site to help with points
purchases, and the EA store doesn't have any record of points on my
account.  I would like a refund or the points I paid for, either would
be fine by me.
