This isn't a problem per se, but it is a tad frustrating since I've had it occur twice now.

The first time after I completed Mordin's loyalty mission I got the report that says he's loyal, got the new outfit, etc. But when I go into the leveling up powers screen I can't use neural "whatever it is". It tells me this character is not loyal. But if I go to the squad screen there's the circle under Mordin and it tells me he is loyal.

Now this most recent time it happened with Grunt. I completed his side mission, killed the thresher maw, blah blah blah and the exact same thing occured.

However, it doesn't affect the suicide mission by picking them to die (Mordin no more than he is prone to dying), but I can't use there loyalty powers. It's a little frustrating and I don't know what is happening. Has this happened to others? Is there a way to fix it or insure that it doesn't happen?

Note: this doesn't happen every game. It's only occured in two of them and they were months apart.
