I agree. If you want further evidence of Bioware's fanbase being corrupted by casual players and twitch gamers, just look at all the people who think ME2 invented quest-only XP. Oh, wait...

dude, are u fckin kiddin me? yea, the combat wasn't hack n slash/ only "actions" your character aquired were button pressed/ n now da2 will be more action oriented, that's awesome/ but i hope what u said about the dialogue sequences being reduced was juss a rumor/ i mean, i  actually LIKED the conversations with the characters/ you could make them as deep as you wanted, finding out who they were, where they're from, why they're here, what they liked, didn't like/ -zevran had an intersting tales about being an assassin, n falling in love n all that/ really, what other game has this much life in characters/ allows you to bond with them/ if they cut this rpg segment out, it just becomes another action game/ hell, even Call of duty got criticized for not having characters emotionally deep enough/ if one died, big deal/ bioware is in a league of their own with this part-hence "RPG OF THE YEAR"

Combat is largely the same. We don't have word on character interaction (although the companion conversation system is NOT like awakening). I wouldn't worry about it having less lore.

Well that was unexpected, I really did not expect anyone to waste their time actually trying to dig up some of my older posts on the social network but you sir have taken it one step further by digging up my old posts on the old ME forums, I think that deserves a title.

Why insult the fans of shoters then? They dont make topics saying "Put guns in DA2!" It was Biowares decision to make change to DA2.
I play FPS and RPG I dont know why people who play RPGs over FPS have some false idea that they're "better."

Wow you still bitter about that? Seems like a long time to hold a grudge just because I dont agree with you that BC2 is an awesome multiplayer game, let it go ExarKun, it cant be healthy to hold a grudge for so long over such a trivial matter.

But seriously. Saying that Diablo 2 was superior to Baldurs Gate? Fine, you like Diablo 2 and i get it. Its a good game. And if you like it you like it. But don't compare the two. Its like saying that I bought Battlefield 2 but i found Football Manager to be much better. So now i want Battlefield 3 to be more like football manager
