 hi everyone, i apologize for asking if already existing but there's a way to edit non-playable character's armor & weapon ingame? I mean I think would be great  and more realistic to have soldiers from a specific army to share the same armor and shield with their lordship's symbol. ( king kailan's troops with his logo, arle eamon's too, in awakening warden's soldiers in the peak or amarantine's army) i finally understood (a little) how to use the toolset but i don't know where to find the files to edit and how to do it. i'd like to ask if it's possible and if it is too complicated or something. thanks in advance & sorry for my bad english^_^

finding your way around the single player module isn't allways easy, if you only find the right NPC you can change them.

You might want to download Improved Atmosphere by SpaceAlex and some of the associated modder resources. Whilst vastly bigger in overall scope than what you are interested in, one component of it does do that to some extent. It should prove helpful as a guide.
