Hi, i made a purchase from the online store on june 30th and the purchase was shipped. I was sent an e-mail shortly afterwards confirming the purchase and a tracking number within. Its been weeks now and every time i try to use the tracking number on the Canada post website it says it cannot find the number.
I havent ordered alot of items online before, but i have to believe by now it should be in their system as the 30 ship limit is the end of july im just curious if anyone knows why it wouldnt be working or if people have been given wrong numbers as an accident in the past.
Any help would be great.

That apparently has been a problem with lots of Canadian customers.
You could open a support case if you're worried about your order, and ask the store staff.

Hmm im not sure i want to do that yet, hearing that there have been problems does make me a bit nervous though.

Heh, yeah i didnt think it was a big deal but i just dont like causing a hassle unless its needed haha.

My order arrived yesterday and my tracking number is still not active heh. Very useful tracking system
