Hello... i've posted on the Mass effect 1 forum my problem with it, its fixed... and it was the same with ME2, (I had Win 7, i made a copy of the program files folder of ME 2 and putted it on my Backup HDD) NOw, on Win 7 it was installed using Direct X 10 i guess... As i reinstalled Win XP on my pc and im triying to play that backup Mass Effect 2 Game, it asks for the Directx 10, i was wondering, its a way to change wich directx version to use without reinstalling the game?...

Did you try starting the "Mass Effect 2 Configuration Utility" to reset your config?

Never mind.... I've got it to work... i had already done what you said but i was seeing the especificactions of my sistem on the config tool and it said that i had a june from 2008 version, i updated and then it said that it couldt star the Physix thing so i downloaded the Nvidia driver (i have an nvidia card...) and it worked... Thanks again...
