Since I bought from D2D (in the US though) I'd love to know when the pre-load is starting. If I could run it Monday night (11/2) that would be great. Has the site posted anything yet?

Yeah, they really need to let us do this US as well. The game is pretty darn big!

At the moment it seems to be only for the UK, its on the D2D site, check the UK Editions and its at the top of the page in blue.

Is this to allow us in the UK to get all the extras that most other countries get in the CE ?
I know this is causing a lot of discussion around the forums.
What is D2D like for customer support ?...........havn't used it before so, really need some feedback on it's reliability

D2D has never done me wrong. Good customer support and great download speeds. They also provide a download manager so just in case something goes wrong your data isn't lost

Gonna need some sort of manual.........or is that the achilles heel of going D2D (digital download )
I must admit a hard copy of a manual is usually best with these type of games as it looks pretty complex

Yep! In .pdf format as people have stated earlier. They also e-mail you all serial/activation keys needed directly to the e-mail provided in your D2D profile. The .pdf's are nice, especially since Adobe PDF reader is free on their website.

I've only ordered three programs from D2D. I never really thought about the manual. I'll have to look in my menu to see if they are there. Did they download with the game or did you have to go get them off the site after? Thanks.

I currently have 3 games from D2D on my system, Sacred 2 (manual came with download), Saints Row 2 & Bioshock (no manual as far as I can see).
To be fair the only one that really needed a manual was Sacred 2 and I would expect that DA:O will fall into the same category but I don't know for sure
