I'm not sure if it is settings on my computer or if it is in general, but after finally getting the right strength (and multiple wrong decisions on stats otherwise) I was able ot put on my Blood Dragon Plate armor and lo- and- behold I get this nasty surprise

It's quite frustraing because I know for a fact that is now how the armor is supposed to look. I've tried re-installing the game, updating my graphics card drivers and I'm about ready to throw my hands into the air and toss the game aside and move onto another one.

The game is great but this release has been filled with more errors and problems than  I would want ot shake a stick at.

I got Dragon Age off of Steam, and I'm curious as to if anyone has a solution or a cause for this problem.

Female Elf main character? If so, I'm getting the same error and I think they know about it. This is what happens when you rip content that is already meant to be in the game, but removed to make money for these greedy ****es.

Same result here, with or without the Blood Dragon gauntlets, boots and helmet. And on a female elf as well.

Maybe it's just female elf characters that it happens too. I'll og back and make another race. See if it happens then. And to answer your question Shuttle, yes it is a female elf.

That's exactly how my female elf looks too. i was really dissappointed. Looks like a man and no detail to the armor. Epic fail.

There's a texture missing for the female model of the armor... it's an easy thing to patch and only the fact that people didn't catch it before 1.01 was released kept it from being fixed already

Yes, I too have an issue with a female elven PC with glitched armor graphics. The breastplate is basicly matte black and textureless. I'm glad I'm not alone.

Well when they fix it lets hope it looks more feminine.

Eevn if they added textures to the chest peice it would still look like a man. Needs a woman shape to it.

Couldn't agree more.

And I just tested on multiple characters of race and sex to see if this happens anywhere else...

Male Human - No Problems
Human Female - No Problems
Elf Male - Untested
Elf Female- Graphicla Problem
Dwarve Male - No Problems
Dwarven Female - Untested

That's my results so far...

yup ....same here .... female city elf rogue .... i'm soo disappointed ....damn! ... oh btw it's glitched on the cut scenes aswell
