 What are some examples of melee rogue builds that are capable of very highest spike damage (regardless of sustained dps)?   Would certain weapons be best to hit with out of stealth before changing to other weapons?  Or would a particular talent combination result in very high spike melee damage?

Edit: Just to clarify with an example of what I am thinking:  Would an assassin/duelist activating mark of death+pinpoint strike while dual striking out of stealth be an example of one of the highest spike damages a melee rogue could dish out?  What are some others?
