Is there a specific set of instructions to enable Tali recruitment mission before Horizon using the ME2 Save Editor?  Can I just simply turn off (or manually postpone), say, Jack (who I really don't care about) and replace?

Also, is there a way to enable loyalty powers without completing or precluding loyalty missions?  Tali is kinda anemic without her Shield Drain power.  Before, in ME1, she had the easiest shields to even accidentally buff up (thanks to her passive class power having +30 shields each level just like Electronics, which she also has), but in ME2 her shields are kinda light without zapping mechs or shielded enemies all the time.

Third, what is the latest version of the ME2 Save Editor?  The one I have is dated February...
