I've bought a few DLC's, then entered the game, and logged onto the servers, but they don't appear for download ingame, nor can I download them out of game?

Is there some kind of long waiting time before the buy is registered, and they appear ingame for download?

I do see I've bought them when logged into my account out of the game (and yes, it's the same account)
