i´ve noticed that, when you choose your characters (from the camp or simply through party management) Npcs which are below the Main Character auto level up to his level. Alas they even do this, when they stay in the party. So if i change one member after a dungeon everyone levels up, if they are below mine. Somehow that seems a bit like a bug to me?
