I've been working in the toolset and all of the sudden, I have no text in my game save for a few spots.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Is there a simple remedy that doesn't involve reinstalling everything?

Sound like you have screwed up by overriding a talk table, locate it in your addin or core folder override and delete it

yeah I was assuming it was talktable related. When I export talktable, i noticed this line:



I: 13:25:41 - Successfully exported Talk Table core_en-us



which looks like the culprit. I also assume that core_en-us.tlk is now corrupt and must be replaced. Am I right?

nm. found the core_en-us.tlk file in the toolsetexport subdirectory i needed to delete.

You're not by any chance using the old version of the toolset? I can't be sure anymore, but I think you only got that core_en-us.tlk issue and losing all your text with the old version.

as i experienced the core tlk will be exported always. just delete it and you will be fine.

Hm, it's just the core one that gets exported for me is empty now, and doesn't seem to cause any interference. I don't package it into the DAZIP, but just the same.
