Is there anything you can do with this tree? I know there are a few landmarks all over the place. Just wondering if there is a quest about them or something. Also ask since once I leave Lothering I can't go back. Four playthroughs and still I have no idea what to do with this tree....

Take Dog with you and click on it. He'll pee on it and get a stat boost.
