I may not like some of the things they are doing but Boycotting is really acting like a child. I have hope for the game. This to me is insane, it's a game for one and it's their game to sell, just don't buy it if it's not what you want.

Care to explain why that minority keeps claiming it's a majority on these forums then?
I've seen at least a dozen posts saying "look at all the closed down threads! Obviously most of the fans are upset!"
Or perhaps how the doomsayers keep claiming to be the hardcore bioware fans and anyone who disagrees with them is just a "casual gamer" whose opinion doesn't count?
It'd be fair to say there's enough delusion to go around.

Bioware's/EA best way doing that, is making an amazing game that the whole world just loves, and you don't do that in record time.

I seriously doubt Bioware rigged the poll...They really do not care...with millions of their games being sold to millions of people...a poll with less then 1000 people participating means nothing to them.Seriously they are not threatened by you at all.

Call me fan-girl all you want but despite being generally displeased with most new information I still have faith in BW that they'll make a fun game. Though I enjoy some of their games more than others there haven't been a game that I haven't enjoyed yet. I suspect it's the same thing here.

I heard it all before with people naysaying about ME2. I can't see Bioware messing this up and it is an almost certain day one purchase for me, #3.

I did not vote because there is no option for me... Depending on what information is released i might buy the game (i did not buy awakenings). But neverthe less if i do buy it it wont be because of the "epic" new wheel and the epic new hack and slash . The wheel should go back to the depths of hell where it came from.

You're right, this post and the poll are indeed biased... biased *AGAINST* DA2. Look at the title! The title is ASKING PEOPLE TO BOYCOTT THE GAME.

But get this: the poll results were the exact *opposite* of the Original Poster's intention. So if anything, this poll's results should count even more than an unbiased, more reasonable poll. Despite all the OP's intentions, it is evident a lot of people don't mind the changes, or at least found something they liked in DA2 that more than makes up for it!

DA2 did not kill anyone's family or burn down any orphanages. In fact, I think it's headed in the direction many want and will enjoy.

When did i call you an idiot?I would like a link...you are thinking of rubbish hero or riona42...at least i see them calling a bunch of poeple idiots.I rarely use the word when insulting other people.
But of course I know you will not answer.And the magical chance that you do you will not have a link to me posting what you claim.
Your the type of person who can not handle being wrong so you come up with as many excuses as you can.Example the poll.

Gameplay should be a step up.
Visuals should be a step to the side considering they were never aiming for top quality in that department.
Storywise should be about the same.
SO depending on how you like DA....it got somewhat better or somewhat worse.
Generally it should not be too different from the original.Except maybe in presentation.

The poll is not a good one.  I'm sure there are many who looked at it, like me, and didn't see an option that fit them at all.

For the poorly worded, extremely unscientifc, not representive poll - DA2 wins.

That's as useful as the guys on the creative team saying, "We made it so we like it the way it is."

 I find it kind of offensive that these clowns get to take over the label "hardcore fans." I'm a hardcore fan by any sensible definition of the word -- PnP RPG gaming back to AD&D, CRPGs back to Starflight if you call that an RPG (I do), Might and Magic 1 if you don't. And I am absolutely not with them.
