Something actually about the game.

Dragon Age 2 is obviously going to be a fantastic game that going to get rave reviews from dozens of respectable gaming news outlets. That's a given, the quesrion is not "is this game going to be good?" But "What about this game is the MOST awesome?"
So what are your speculations? What significance is there in a living family member being part of the party, I.E. how much will it change the dynamic of the squad and why did they choose a sister?
How do you think they will handle the ten year time period?
What kinds of customization would you like to see with items and enhancements?
Will they make more than one helmet that looks super awesome on the female character and still matches the armor?
Stuff like that.

There really is no need for the bold part. There are extremes to both defending the game and criticizing it.
Some concerns are legitimate, and people do have the right to voice their opinions.
Mind you, I will most likely buy DA2 and love it. But not everyone will.

Okay--I believe the game will be good, I have faith, I'm going to buy it, yadda yadda. But I wouldn't go so far as to say the people who have reservations, fears, complaints, are wrong.
There's nothing wrong with having concerns. I'm not super happy about what I've seen of the art style, but the difference is i don't make a topic on Bioware's OFFICIAL forums about how I'm going to boycott the game.
Show some respect to the people who have been making all star games for decades and be a little bit smarter about your critiques.

At the moment I'm more curious about seeing what DA2 is like than anything else. Especially want to know what the new setting is like, since I wasn't too fond of Ferelden. Also, the family-member-in-your-party aspect could be really quite cool as long as it doesn't get too campy.
I too really think that the whole Bethany thing could really add a lot of depth to the game. Having a sister as a companion throughout the game would just open up so many opportunities.

I think having Hawke's sister in the party leaves a bit more freedom for interparty interactions that are NOT directly related to Hawke. We started to see this a little bit with DAO (especially morrigan and alistair) and I think expanding upon that would be great.

I most likely will buy DA 2 as well, maybe after the "beta reviews" come in from the fanbois. After guys like this are done sucking on BW's teet for the first couple weeks post-release, I'll get a good idea of what the game is like.

I don't like the art, seems like it's regressed in some aspects. Bethany and Hawke look more-or-less upgraded, but the creatures and the scenery are terrible. Like everything else, though. Never cared about graphics too much, and since Bioware has never majorly disappointed me before I'll buy it.
