Question for you all - should Hawke have "battle quotes"?

this would be super cool if they were conditional on the dialog choices.... like if you are always violent, he says violent things.... if you're a smart a**, smart a** things..

but if not i'd vote no

A integral Gollum type character, in the sense, you need him, but he isn't necessarily a good guy or outright bad guy,, nor will he be helping up till the end, maybe even break even from your party half way through the game and show up at the end.

1. Allow us to see what Hawke will say entirely before choosing the options.
2. Be able to toggle helmets. Sometimes I want to have my helmet on in cutscenes (obviously, certain limits have to applied for romance dialog, etc)
3. Party members in the camp should actually DO something instead of standing around like zombies waiting for you to talk to them.
4. Banter where Hawke can interject.
5. Tough choices with little to no cop outs (getting the mages in the Redcliffe decision was a cop out)

-More loot including better looking mage hats
-A longer story
-more potions, poisons, traps, skills etc
-For Pc keep the combat the same (more or less)
-bring back the list for the pc version, a wheel doesn't make that much sense without a joystick
-tell us exactly what Hawke will say
-make all choices in DA:O and DA:A count
-let us play as the old warden for at least a little bit to understand what happened to him/her
-better graphics(not that important)
-be able to go to Orlais, Feralden, Anderfall, Antiva, etc

Another cool thing was the final shot of The Two Towers, when Gollum says "follow me" in a mencing manner and the camera raises up over the landscape showing you Mordor in the distance before going to the credits, Bioware should steal that. Actually, just make it Lord Of The Rings, it's better.

I don't particularly like Hawke's face, he looks generic and boring.. especially that damn beard. So I would suggest full and extensive customization something like APB style.. from A-Z.

Diversify character customization options. Keep the freely rotating camera, but use neutral lighting during character creation - the color temperature of the lighting in DA:O was a bit misleading when it came to hair colors/skin tones/etc.

Allow people to craft using party members in camp. It is really annoying having to run into town/somewhere just to craft.

Allow pre-emptive attacks on NPCs that are involved in potentially hostile encounters. If I'm facing bandits/fanatics in town, I should be able to throw spells at them from a distance to trigger their hostility, rather than running up to them or speaking to them.

Scripted encounters should not reset party formations, unless said encounter occurs in a dungeon room where surrounding doors/entry points become locked/inaccessible.

Realistic hair physics, or at least a decent in-game explanation for where the party is getting the ridiculous amounts of hairspray they're obviously using.

Playing through the game literally as I type this...

1. Your party shouldn't be placed automatically behind you when you speak to someone; it ruins tactics.

2. You shouldn't receive a boat load of quests that all rely on a zone that you cannot access for a long, long time. I'm looking at my log right now and I cannot complete about five quests because they all rely doing something mundane in the Alienage.

defiaintly need at least a few better female hairstyles... they were so dull. Not a major thing by any means but still.

Oh! and an option were we can wear a helmet for the stats bonus etc but have the option of it NOT showing on our character. Warhammer online uses this and it works there.

I would like to see the Mabari come back. Maybe Hawke finds the sword of Vigilance?

I would like the toolset for DA2.

I would like the game to be solo-able.

Soloable as in a difficulty wise (making it easier for those with a party)?  Or an option to say "hey I am soloing" and then adjust the "easy, normal, hard..." difficulties accordingly?
