Hi everyone, I have just install mass effect 1 on PC( intel pretium 4. RAM 2GB, Graphic card : Nvidia 9500GT 1GB and when i start the game. When the logos of Bioware and EA appear, It's lag a lot but the game play is very smothy even on ultra hight setting . I know it's not much of a problem but i really want to know what make it lag when that game start up. Does anyone has the same problem as me?

I have this problem as well, it's pretty irritating.
I'm running Win7 so that's likely the root of the issue.

I had this program when i played the game in a single core system and after later playing on a duel core system the problem went away. I noticed the OP is using a single core so perhaps this is a small glitch related to that. It doesn't effect the game performence just the title credits and i'm guessing there is no specific fix. I'd just leave it alone no point in playing with settings when it's nothing that affects the actual game.

There will be no way at all to ever know, if no one ever chooses to be forthcoming about the details.Darkice25 wrote...
