everytime i try to purchase bioware points it tells me it cant validate my card all of my information is correct but it asks me for a issue number and my card does not have that it is a visa

For future reference, as your question has nothing to do with the physical Bioware store and everything to do with "Bioware points", i would suggest posting in the forum devoted to points: points.bioware.com Site Help.
But, as long as you're here, I may be able to help. As you know Visa cards do not have an issue number - Note: the issue number field points out that it is only for specific card holders, and is only required under those specific cards...so make absolutely sure that under the "Card Type" field, you have Visa selected and the card number printed correctly - you should then leave the issue number space completely blank. If it still denies you, I would attempt putting a zero (0) in that space. If that still doesn't work, I would suggest posting again in the link provided above (after checking this sticked post at the top of that page), possibly creating a Paypal account to help streamline the process...and if all that fails, contacting EA support directly...
