I noticed this earlier in the Off-Topic forums, and a quick search didn't reveal any topics on it.

Basically, I quoted a response that must have been edited by a moderator, and instead of saying the poster's name, it came up with that of the moderator instead. I've gone through Off-Topic and found another thread where I knew a post had been editied, and I quoted that and the same happened there.
