The same mantra has been made in ME2. We all know how it turned out-a shooter barely having any RPG elements.Morroian wrote...

No it's to engage in combat.
Only if you ignore the statements from the game designers.
Good things come to those who wait!

Yeah, think about it. Some of the most gripping bits of Mass Effect were the rousing speeches shepard made. In DA, your Warden just stood there awkwardly with a blank look on his face as Alistair told everyone how great you were... Didn't quite work, that one.
Yeah for me DAO was always a story about Alistair and Morrigan...I somehow never really "felt" the presence of the Warden.

Really? I don't think so..Alistair's story was weak and so was he, all he did was **** at my Warden or Morrigan and to say it was all about him and Morrigan,,,,,,thats rich. I never once thought my Warden was not in the story, hell thats who it's about or did you think, you played Alistair, no voice never hurt the story but I don't see how a voice can hurt it either.
I think David said that they had casted the voice overs, we don't know if we get to pick other voices for our main in DA2, I wish my Warden could have had a voice but I don't think it hurt my Warden to not have one, it was my voice I used in my head...thats all. To think of he did have al voice but it was not used to talk to people, would have been a nice add.

So you need "presence" spoon-fed to you via voice acting like some helpless child? Maybe RPGs aren’t for you then.

@Drasanil
Watch it with comments so elitist and derisive like yours, they lead no where good, except locked threads and temp bans.
