[Shade of Wolf]

The game stops running whenever I speak to Liara or Ashley; I am playing as a male Shepard. There have been one or two other crashes at the most, but they are random, I can't speak to the Romance options at all. This is on the Normandy after Noveria.
I will be very grateful for any advice!!
