Probably already threads about armor but, my favorite is wades superior drakeskin leather armor for me, wades superior dragonbone plate armor for alistair, and wades drakeskin leather armor and The longsight leather helmet for leliana, and reapers vestements for wynne.

well i love the warden commander the best. I usually use that for dual wield warrior or 2h warrior cuz it has better stamina bonus. For shield/sword tank use Cailen's set.

for me none of the armors sets in the game i prefer the ones from mods

The reason I'm going all drake and dragon skin armor now is because I am close to fighting The archdemon and need some dragon protection. I also have leliana with a ton of ice arrows and wintersbreath staff for wynne.

The Felon's Coat for my character, Wade's Superior Drakeskin for Zevran, Wade's Superior Dragonbone Plate for Alistair, and... Wynne's starting robes for her. I never found any others I could stand the look of. I always kept her mostly out of the fight anyhow.

I like the way the Legion of the Dead armour looks the best, but I had Sten wearing it and didn't take him very often. My other characters haven't gotten far enough into the game yet to really have decided.

It really depends on where you are in the game. The OP's choices are pretty good for the endgame.
