Why do I have to manually refresh all the time (IE7)?

Even when I return to a page I previously visited in the same session, I have to manually refresh the page to see the latest changes.

This has never happened to me on any other site (e.g. "Old" Bioware forums ).

Is this a bug, or a setting in the browser I need to change?

Thanks.

I'm getting the same problem quite a bit in Firefox. I wonder if it has to do with how the php server saves content.

It's usually browser caching.

I have the same and it's no better in IE8 that I've just changed to.

It only happens on this forum. With other forums I always get the most recent page when opening a new browser but on here I could open a browser hours later and still get the page as it was when I last viewed it.

You can just set your browser never to save anything, so your pages will be loaded from scratch every time you visit them, though not really suggested for dialup users, if you're on DSL or Cable, you'll be fine.

Knew how to do this in early versions of IE but couldn't find the setting  in IE7. Do you know?
