Bioware won't apply my points

I purchased 1200 BioWare points 3 days ago, got double billed for them BTW, and the points still haven't been applied. Very frustrating. Anyone had any luck either getting a response from BioWare or does it always take so long for points to be applied. I have two e-mail receipts with two distictive order numbers and two debits on my checking account. I should have 2400 BW points on my account.

you should ask someone in the Points support forum
(As far as I know a little patience can help, but please ask there. The forum there often is frequented by officials.)
