Why all the threads? There hasn't even been any real footage, teaser trailers or whatever of the game yet, but based on early interview, everybody seems to be declaring this game sucks and Bioware has "dumbed it down."

Well, you clearly felt the need to make a thread based on all of the other threads, which is a less reasonable excuse than most people here have. Imagine how easy it is for all of us who can think of a reason.
Really, I don't think all of these threads are anything special when it comes to a popular sequel.

It's what happens whenever a new game from a popular company is announced. More so in this case since said game is a sequel to a beloved title. People will latch unto any sliver of information they can find and look at it from every direction in an attempt to figure out what the game will be like. A few will express their views calmly. Others will be hyperbolic. Some go into doomsaying or praise mode... ect. The singularly consistent thread connecting everyone is every known aspect will be speculated on until the game is out. Then it shifts to discussion of actual content. Since this thread isn't about DA2 specifically, I'm locking it.
