Although there are other (unanswered) posts on the forums about this, maybe my specific process can shed some light to the web team at BioWare and bring us closer to a solution. I first created a character named Dunhar, who appeared on my social network profile within a couple days of creating it. At about level 5 I realized I didn't like his direction, so I created a brand new character and was surprised to find that I could use the same name. I called him Dunhar as well, but left the old saves in case I wanted to play the other one again.

Days later I looked on my online profile to see all my achievements...but it still said I was level 5. By this point I was beyond that level with my new Dunhar, and it was only the old showing up. I figured maybe if I deleted the old character from my player profile, the new one would show up. After all, they don't handle updates only on character name or else it woudl be updating properly, right?

I am not at about 22 hours playtime and my new character has yet to show up. I created him at least 5 days ago and it is unclear how or if he will ever be able to be added to my profile. Whether or not this is related to recreating with the same name I don't know, since many others are seeming to have similar issues with "0 characters" showing up. I know  for a fact that I was connected to XBox Live during my play sessions, and often even go to the DLC area just to confirm that I have connected to the DA servers.

I saw a friend's character profile and ti was pretty cool...but there is a lack of effectiveness when many people can't even use it, to the point where the site has little value to me.

You don't currently have Dragon Age registered on your profile. Did the character update?

If this seems to be a naming problem, I'll look at adding it to this thread.

On the other hand, it could have just been slow to update.
