So I was doing an archer run and I'd just gotten Falon'Din's Reach, a longbow that gives Rapid Aim

The thing is, it gets progressively slower as I shoot.  With Steady Aim on, the first 2 shots takes less then 2-3 seconds each.  But afterwards, my character stands there with her bow drawn for upwards of 5 seconds each shot!

I had a shortbow that gave Rapid Aim before, but it never gave me this problem...

And I have Shale with Rock Mastery in my group, if that makes a difference.

Nevermind, it wasn't the bow at all.  For some reason Rock Mastery was slowing me down, rather than speeding me up

This is a bug I'm guessing?

There's probably a built-in internal speed cap such that if all your speed bonuses exceed that cap, the value rolls over. This would be similar to the Haste-Momentum bug for melee attack speed. If you have Haste and Momentum on at the same time, your attack speed will actually slower than if you had neither sustain going. It's best to have one or the other but not both at the same time.
