Hi, about 20 days ago I purchased Mass Effect 2 on steam.  I played through it once (Loved it by the way) with no technical problems.  Though, I can't quite remember how it happened, but  I tried to switch my email over to another to have my EA accounts uniform (I seem to have two).  Unwittingly, I somehow changed the EA account which has my Cerberus Network copy linked to it to something I couldn't access.  I don't know if I had a typo or something or if I got confused and put @google in place of @yahoo or vice versa.  At any rate, now I can't access my Cerberus Network when I want to purchase the Overlord pack.  I've made a new EA account (Losing my Bad Company 2 rank is not fun :( ) and it says my Cerberus Network is already used by another account, which leads me here.

Please help!  I just want to play Mass Effect with expansions!  Thanks :(

Edit:  I just realized I posted this in the wrong section, very sorry.

You should contact EA. As the forum description says, this is a fan-to-fan forum, and we can't really help you with your EA account. :/

EA apparently is able to transfer DLC rights between accounts, so you might even get yourself back down to one account to worry about.

Thanks very much.  I'll look into contacting EA.  With the chance I won't be able to find out how in between the time of now and when someone might reply to this, can someone link me to the proper EA contact, please?  :)  I'd appreciate it.

Thanks again!

Go to the support section in the EA site. From there, look for the option to contact EA (either mail or question, try both as the method may have been changed again). You will be required to fill a form and it will provide you with a generic answer. If you need specialized help, there's an option at the end to contact a support representative via live chat.

Just make sure you have plenty of time available, I've had to contact them 2 times to fix a couple of issues with my DLC and it took them some time to verify the information. You may also have to wait in queue before being able to contact them.

You will most certainly be required to provide them with data and information that proves you own those accounts, so make sure you have such information ready before contacting them.

Regardless of the comments I've heard about EA live support, both times they were very helpful to me, and solved both of my problems.
