Hello!
I just wanted to bring to your attention some problems I've been having with my account - it might be just bugs in the system after the server update (which is when the problems started showing up)

Here is what I've Noticed:
1. My Name (Xenos 19) has been transformed into Numerical Characters
2. My Profile Picture, which is my Character's Portrait is no longer Showing

3.Profile Has Taken more the 48 hours to update (usually takes 24 hours Max) I've heard people experiencing these problems
4. Character Portrait has been replaced with an aerial view of a lighting test cone...

5.Character Model and Gear not showing (all of these problems may be tied to the server / profile not updating properly, as I'm now lvl 11 and my gear is vastly different, I've also dealt 56k damage over the time between lvl 8 - 11)

Alright that's about it- just letting you know what problems I've noticed, so you may have an idea what to look into to fix it all.

If anyone else has experienced these problems or anything different please post it may help.

What exactly does it look like? It looks normal to me.

These are somewhat common problems among the issues mentioned here at the moment.

I have the exact same issue and have posted maybe five times about it. Jesse doesn't seem to know why it's happening to people.

I am haveing the same problem iv been haveing for months..i bought the down loadable content..wardens keep and stone prisoner and ostagar..i got them all at the same time becouse i go through games fast..anyway i cant play not one of them..first thing iv noticed is that they dont autherize under the downloaded content screen it is there and that its mine and that it dled but thats all..sometimes it autherizes when i log off and log back on or un check then re check the boxes but i still cant play them and it goes back to being unautherized..grr iv waited like 3 months and i havnt bugged anyone i figgured they had to have found something becouse they made more dlc and why would they do that if it dosnt work..i just bought DA;Awajening and really id like to go back and do my others before i start on this other quest..i mean if for some reason im wrong and dlc wont ever work how do i go about getting my money back..u can see that it hasnt been played...they wont autherize...the people show up on the map and in the game to start the quest but everytime i try to play it i get the same thing...like the one for wardens keep u talk to the guy at the camp..everytime i speak with him i get the message where i can say yes and it dls it and start it but it then says it cannot connect to the dg servors or some thing like that...or that dl content needs to be installed sigh...someone please help me sorry for the long letter but im going crazy hear its not far i payed for it and i want my product or my money yea know!!!thank u in advance...Greyzock

You should ask that question in the tech help forum. It might just be the updater service but they can help you better either way.
