I found the temple in the Bracillian forrest seems to be where the werewolves are, cleared the first floor, when down and the only door is barred by the wolves from other side.  How do I get around this, I was looking for Witherfang.  Maybe I have to do the story line quests in order, have done the Peak and Shale and lothering, and now in elf village.  How do I get pass this door?

If you mean the locked door, then you must go to the path on the opposite side. Take that path, at some point you will have to go through some pool (transition point).
