I prefer Meer over Hale because she responds to emotionally IMO, Meer stays cool except when he has to give a speech then it gets epic (both VAs do the speeches very good btw). Meer does a better job as a Renegade then Hale IMO what is important to me since I mainly play as Renegade.

Both VAs are good though, it's really more about what kind do you prefer...

I never romanced anyone in ME2; I didn't like any of the women enough to want to get into a romantic relationship with them. I guess it depends on what personalities you enjoy the most from Jack or Miranda.

Meer's delivery is better, IMO. MaleShep reminds me of Staff NCOs and some mustangs (officers that were prior enlisted) I knew while I served in the US Marine Corps. FemShep has good voice acting as well but Meer is more convincing.

Don't get me wrong I think Hale is a brilliant voice actor. Bastila was one of the best voiced characters in any game IMO. But I just think Meer is better in ME.

Yeah, Hale is a PHENOMINAL voice actress, but as already said, I think Meer does it better overall.  Can't say how he is as a Renegade, but in the Paragon debate, Meer blew this one out of the water.  I think he did a lot better than Hale.  There were times when Hale would say a line that was either too relaxed or had too much of a sense of urgancy.

She also did Mazzy Fentan in Baldur's Gate II (and knocked that out of the park as well).

You're not one of the few man. It seems like you are because the femshep fanboys are so ridiculously vocal over their preference of voice actor. Us malesheps don't go around parading why we think Meer is better, and trust me, there are A LOT more people who prefer maleshep to femshep.

There is another one coming through. I have to put him through ME1 then ME2 before I post his pic up.
With my male Shepards I want them to look as rough and hard looking as possible. The one I going to play if he looks at your in a particular way with the eyes he has, you be changing your pants.

Extra note this is my third male but something happened to them. Thats including the Females which I had four.
They been formatted. I did not backed them up. With these lot I have I made two female and one coming through ME1 and 1 male and another going through ME1.

I do what I can to avoid saying "he" and "him" when talking about Shepard, because of the FemShep fanboys (and girls).  It's a rabid fanbase, and I hate saying it, but you need to be careful.

Personally I think both of them are equally great.
Sometimes Hale has better told dialogue then Meer and vice-versa but most of the time they are equally great.
