Thank you Domar.  I like what you said about the convictions.  Humans being social and gregarious creatures have a tendency to do certain things that isn't really them.  Flock mentality or being a sheep etc etc...
So yes its important to stay true to who we really are.   Lest we end up being confused about who we really are

Keep in with the title of the topic..  I wasn't originally into Male Shepard at all but came across a picture of Sheploo making a lewd expression that was really hilarious.  I hope you know which one I'm referring to.  It was really inspiring, imagine my custom male shepards making that face.  Weird reason, I know.


Anyway I realize we are on the track about Mark Meer VA.  I prefer Jennifer Hale VA but I really like certain lines that Mark Meer says especially when you pick the renegade option.   Most of his VA on the renegade lines are pretty neat for me.  As for him doing VA on paragon lines, I haven't seen all that he is capable of yet since my Paragon M Shepard just barely started on Freedom's progress.

BTW I'm looking for a BETA reader, I'm having trouble with editing my own work after reading it so many times. Things like Kaidan's name being turned into "Maiden" by spellcheck shouldn't be getting into the final copy.

My question, where did he get that big screen TV? My Shep needs a TV! It's really an oversight on the Illusive Man's part that the captain's quarter is missing a big screen TV.

A big screen TV is a necessity for a man-cave. Yes, technically, it's a loft, so it's not really a cave...but, you get my point.

I demand big-screen TVs for the captain's quarters in ME3.

I have 3 MaleSheps. 1 loyal to Liara, 1 loyal to Ashley and the last one I created to try the ME2 romances, ended up with Jack :-)

I support MaleShep. His lines provide much lulz(Hale sounds too sleepy for me). At first, I didn't really like Sheploo(kept using cusotm heads), but he grew on me, especially once I started playing Adept. And I honestly can't say I prefer a full-on Paragon or Renegade Shep, though I always lean more towards Paragongongon. Since I just got ME1 and 2 for the PC(played them on my bro's X360 before), I decided to do a playthrough with each class, both in ME1 and 2. :3 No changes after importing. Continuity ftw!

And, just 'cause I can, I'll name my Sheps: Morgan, Mortarion(WH40k, anyone?), Bullets, Garro(moar WH40k!), Lorgar(WH40k again?) and Magnus(and again).

Oh, also, a bit of a sidetrack: If you beat ME1 once as an adept, and do it again with the same char, be wary of using Singularity on the Geth at the train station on Eden Prime - I ended up flinging a Geth off the side of the map; got stuck because my team kept detecting an enemy(couldn't leave the station).

Here's another reason. Some people tend to do what other people do. In order to feel accepted or liked by the rest etc. If they had been more confident in themselves, they wouldn't have felt the need to act like that to the same degree. So school should have some self esteem classes as well.

I have no trouble with Meer's VA at all. I think the VA of Meer and Hale SHOULD differ for natural reasons, since the maleshep hero and the femshep heroine cannot be seen as having the same personality. As for the performance in acting out these personality differences, I know very little of Meer's in ME2, since I have only tackled that game at length with a femshep. Being a guy, I did get a maleshep transferred first (after several restarts for roleplaying reasons), but discovered his facial features to be too strange there, so aborted that career (once again) and started a femshep career for variety instead. That's how I discovered the fun with a femshep character.

This vid must be from the Lair of the Shadow Broker, but I don't remember seeing it with my femshep who had Liara as a LI all the way from ME1. So it might be a maleshep only occasion?

It happens when you do the Paragon interrupt there, so no, it's not a MaleShep only thing. That particular interrupt is easy to miss, though
