I support this thread, maleShep deserves some love. As much as i love FemShep i think MaleShep is underrated by the community, the fact that the poster boy of Mass effect has such a small fanbase is pretty strange.

I wouldn't say that... it is more likely that there isn't much posting because people who play as Maleshep don't feel a need to post when their Shepard is given more importance than Femshep.

Listen... I'm glad you want there to be m/m romances.  I think that Bioware should give the option to both genders... but it is a little to early to be posting those pictures.  You are just going to derail the thread with them.... because the discussion will switch from Maleshep to whether or not there should be same sex romances.  Please get back on topic and don't derail the thread.

If you want to continue posting these and discuss them then please post here.

Personally, I would prefer it if people were able to support Shepard as an entity, instead of the segregation between Male Shepard and Female Shepard.

I love both just as much, there are aspects to the Mass Effect games where I tend to prefer a Female Shepard and others I tend to prefer a Male Shepard, but I realize that many people do not share these sentiments.

So I cast in my support for this thread. Not because I support Male Shepard to the detrimence of Female Shepard, but because I support any and all incarnations of the first human Spectre and twice over saviour of the galaxy.

Most of the posters in this thread are forum regulars that I like very much, Shavon, LesEnfants, Mesina2 to name a few, but This thread was about to head into the land of Picture spam, lets not have that please. If you want to support your favorite character, please go to the corresponding thread. If you want to support M/M romances, please go to the corresponding thread, etc. etc. This thread has potential to be really cool, perhaps there's some awesome artwork with Maleshep out there, perhaps you want to post your own male shep pics, but lets keep it just centered around "Manshep"

That was a little extreme and unprofessional, wasnt it?
I could argue that this entire thread was made with the intent of creating a war between supporters of what ever gender you choose to side with.
Should I start clicking the report button on the OP? 
But then that won't do any good, I stopped using it when having somethign as simple as killing a vulger forum name can never happen.

They fall under the same category as the other shep romance pics.. they are romance and not just maleshep.

I personally have no idea where those reports actually go. In the case of finding something vulger and offensive in these forums, PM me or another moderator and we'll try and take care of it.  In the case of this thread and your comment of it being a little strong, it was a reaction to the seemingly determined actions to derail this thread.  
The M/M Romance topic is a huge topic, and controversial on these boards. The bulk of the posters in the Fight for the Love thread are wonderful, intelligent and respectful posters, but some are getting up in arms about it, and I've seen threads derailed before. Lets try and keep this one about ManShep. If you don't want to discuss about Manshep, then simply post in another thread. But I just don't want to posters to confuse "Manshep Fan Thread" with "M/M Support thread", hence the strong presence

Yeah, I agree, but as there is already a FemShep thread, why don't you post your opinion in both, and actively support both. . . OMG, we should make banners!

Actually it's for that reason that I LOVE that art work in the OP of this thread. I love that the suit is for the most part, metrosexual, and it could be a male shep or femshep (shoulder argument size aside)

So what classes do you guys and gals like to play your male sheps?

I play mostly biotic classes but I seem to be playing vanguards when malehsehp more than I do adepts.
