Hey Greed, are you actually going to post MShep fan fictions in the OP? I have one that would fit this thread perfectly, kinda a split protagonist fiction between Garrus and Shepard (not romance) with each doing their own action packed thing.

My Shepard is an earthborn/sole surivivor... Honestly, I think he probably would have died, maybe by drug or drink problems, or killed by a rival gang. If not, I think he would probably still be running with the reds, causing mayhem in the streets, robberies, gang wars, drug trafficking. Poor guy.

Well, all the human guys do have the same buff-tastic body model.  Which means that even Udina is ripped :blink:

Glad to see this thread picking up some speed. :)  I'm not an exclusive maleshep fan, because I enjoy playing femsheps as well. That's why I can't wave flags for malesheps alone. But I support this thread because: 1. I like to balance things up a bit; 2. I feel more at home here than in any other thread.

So Meer got nominated while Hale was not? This could be interpreted as the nominators thinking that Meer's VA was better than Hale's. How about that? Or do you think they only considered the "default" configuration of the game (the Sheploo approach)?

I'm glad to see Meer getting nominated. Just as I was happy Hale got nominated for the VGA's. More attention for Shep and Mass Effect is good.

It's not a coincidence. Mark Vanderloo and Mark Meer worked togheter to create the most badass and fuking amazing character in the world.

I doubt it, I think it was more that either they went for the default configuration or figured Hale had already been nominated at the VGAs.  You know how awards are--they don't like to give any one person too much attention.

I love how all the Vanderloo videos are full of Mass Effect fans talking about Shepard. It reminds me of every YouTube video with Brandon Keener in it. Garrus fans galore :)

I think Widow is superior then Revenant but Revenant is best assault rifle.

My Shepard is a soldier and I always pick the widow (Widow/Vindicator FTW). Guess i'm just not a huge fan of the brute-force approach of the revenant.
