i played male shep in ME2 for the first time and i remembered why i never played him on ME1 cause he's got about as much emotion as a rock.
I dispute this; I particularly love the way he snarks at the council. :-P I prefer subtle menace rather than over-the-top rage myself, but that's just me.

I think Meer does a really good Renegade. Paragon is somewhat lacking though.

So a small evolution of my Shepard's armor.

N7 armor from start.

Now I put every color scheme from my canon Shepard armor.

On Normandy with formal outfit.

I know, I'm smexy.

Added some armor parts.

And now with famous visor.

In fact, I always use that set for everything. With or without the helmet, it depends.

See? Lack of creativity.

I do wonder what Cerberus put in Shepard's fists.

To be honest I'm scared now.Mesina2 wrote...

Wouldn't it be a alternative universe paradox? Since time paradox would still mean that the other Shepard would be the same gender.
"EDIT"
Tup3xi:
Awesome armor set!

Well keep in mind that Shepard, either as a selfless Paragon or mission-at-all-costs Renegade, always puts his goal ahead of his feelings (role-playing situations excepted).
In addition, he's an N7, the best of the best, one of the most elite Soldiers the Alliance has. It is almost certain that his training and conditioning was mental and emotional as well as physical, and that as a result he's not one to show much emotion in his voice. Also, I like the "granite-y" quality to his voice and emotion that some people think is bad.
But of course, that is just my humble opinion
