I belive it would be really awesome of bioware to let us as fans participate in a contest to have some kind of fan content in the game. Maybe something as simple as Design a armor or weapon or a monster that can be submitted by fans then voted on by the community and the winners design gets incorperated into the game. This would be some great community interaction for Bioware.
