[Genisys]

I've done some editing to the CEP v2.2 Top V Hak:

Changes:

Edited Item Stacking (Increased 10 to 100 and 100 to 999)
Increase some weapons slightly (Threat Range & Dmg) (though very minor tweaks)
Unlocked Portraits & Sound Sets for characters (At creation)
I also changed it so you can add Bonus Feats and Good Properties to items you can't normally..
(*eg, you can add properties to bullets, to give PCs another cool item to wear - just don't shoot it!)

Most of the changes are very minor, though I cannot remember them all over the last year..
