I've purchased bioware points in the past to purchase DLC with my credit card (originally in Canada); but I am in europe right now and I kept getting a failed transaction error when I tried to purchase some today.
So I deleted my saved credit card, and tried to re-enter it; but now it won't register my credit card, telling me that the address is wrong; when I know the address is right since its the same one I've had for over 20 years.
Where do I get support for this?

It's doing the same thing to me. Tried to buy some points today and it says it can't verify my card. It's the same card I've used to buy points in the past, but now it doesn't work? I've checked the card, everything is fine. I did notice that EA charged me $1 for each attempt though. Little help?
