Another idea... what about belts and pelvis models that have the tools needed for a mage or a rogue? Would be nice to see some tiny pouches holding spell components, a spellbook, throwing knives, hangning vials, or some lockpicking tools.

That might be a bit narrow? If people do not know how to make clothing they would not be able to participate. But hey, if you want it, I'll add it. You know the drill... title and summary please. This time I'll only ask for it once. *eyes dancing*

You're so bad...
I guess you could open it up to a theme on mages and rogues, but include the suggestion.

Well Olivier, we should have listened to you more closely. Turns out polls have a limit of 20 items. So... which ones can we combine for next month?

I'm just wondering if this thread shouldn't finally be stickified. It's got my vote.

This may be a bit short notice: Does anyone object to us combining the following themes?
Anyone?
The new poll will be going up tommorow after 6PM EST when I get back from work. I will announce the April Challenge theme winner at about 7AM EST, bofore going to work.

- Ancient Egypt Religious items
- Religious items and symbols

If we combine the themes, can we combine the votes for them as well?

I was refering to when I make the new poll for May. There is no real way to manipulate vote options once the poll is up, even if there are no votes in the entire poll.

Ok, I know I said I was going to put up the new poll for May before I left for work, but we have a tie!
So I will wait till after work (about 6PM EST) to see if there are any changes and will announce the new winning theme(s) later today.
EDIT: If it comes down to a tie with the "religous items" (which is currently the case), I will combine the votes for both religous themes as usagreco66kg asked. Only if there are no objections.

Ok, after reading TSL's notes on themes, Garbage Master who requested the "Ancient Egypt Religious items" did not want this combined with "Religious Items and Symbols". So they will stay separated.

How about yet another future theme suggestion?
Animal Related Stuff: More (or improved) models for "real-world" animals brought into D&D, such as monkeys, crocodiles, smaller birds, additional types of snakes, the platypus (with or without fedora), insects and arthropods (giant dragonfly?), improved elephants and hippos, etc. There have been some of these around for years, but could use some drastic improvements.
Also, how about items and placeables used for dealing with animals, such as smaller cages, grooming tools, harnesses, slaughterhouse equipment, training equipment, full sized stables, chicken coops, etc.?
And what about prefab animal blueprints with stats, or various new animal AI scripts, or new traps for capturing (but not killing) animals for those human druids and rangers out there? Maybe new spells that specifically target animals.
You could even go so far as to create animal-motif PC/NPC clothing (armor/shield/helm/cloak) models/textures. Breastplate with a wolf or lion head design? Eagle head shoulder pieces? Snake design shin guards? Armor that includes small decorative metallic wings or tintable (cloth/leather channel) feathers attached at various points?
- Yes, I know, it's a long suggestion, but I wanted to give folks ideas besides just animal creature models.
Here's a much more compact version:

Clothing would be good for the animal related theme.. more 'chultan' or native styled clothing options or feral looking heads would be good for barbarians. What about a medicine man/woman head and clothes? A big feathered headdress with beads and bones?

I have another future theme suggestion, too.
How about the theme being 'Take your pick!'. Everybody picks one of the themes that haven't been done yet he/she likes.
I think everybody would get the most out of this because the custom content creators could make something they really like to make and there'll be new content for a lot of people that suggested themes that never won (yet).

To me, this sounds like the current "surprise me" option that's in the current poll for July's theme.Zwerkules wrote...

Well, there's a subtle difference between picking from a list, and surprising someone. In my case, for one, it might well be downright shocking.

Please disregard my previous post.
Kind of like xmasbirthday/etc. wish lists. Some people are all for them (and have some idea of what friends/relatives will likely get them), while others won't give a list so they have no idea what to expect.

I like both the "Surprise me!" and "Take your pick!" suggestions and I'd immediately vote for one of them if I only knew a couple of other people would vote for them, too, and they'd stand a chance ...

just came up with a new idea, but im not sure how much popularity it will gain:
i just recently re-watched the movie: "The Legend of the Dark Crystal", and thought how neat it would be to have some of the creatures implemented into NwN.
The Skesis:

and there Giant Warriors, the Garthim:

Maybe even some Gelfling Heads for Halfling models?
http://images.wikia....45/Gelfling.JPG
I believe this to be a great (classic) movie, but whenever i see it, i look at it as inspiration and thought to share this as another possible CC Challenge idea?
