Any ideas on how to improve it? Crafting was horribly tedious and simple in DA, especially Runecrafting. There was no way to make money from it, yet you had to invest heavily to get anything worthwhile out of it. I wouldn't mind if it was scraped altogether but if it makes another appearance I sure hope its improved. Simple things like making the UI easier to handle, grouping the recipes by type, allowing us to craft in camp even if our character isn't the one that can do so without having to leave and come back would go a long way.

Also how about adding weapon and armour smithing and tailoring. Allow us to customize the stats of the pieces we make.

I say - it was so atrociously bad that they should just get rid of crafting. Maybe not completely, but this element just didn't work well.

either that or just make it more skill based instead of ingredient seeking based.

Re-tool it so it's a viable money making option. The only time I ever really used it was for the sidequests where you had to make stuff for people. Otherwise there were more than enough potions and such for sale.
