I agree to SirOccam that it would`t be nice to know what happened with Jowan. Leliana would`t be nice too. She`s such a cute little girl.
And i hope that Oghren will return. This crazy small guy was really funny but i`m afraid that he`s too drunken to be part of the 2nd DA game.

Speaking of drunks, in one of my games Alistair ended up exiled to the Free Marches and was seen drunk in a tavern..

Oh that would be awesome. I didn't even think about that, but that's a lot of cool potential right there. We know he leaves Ferelden...

I think I'd like to see that over any other non-companion cameo.

Isabela won't be too hard to put into the game seeing how she ends up fleeing with her ship(here's hoping she ends up in the Free Marches lol).

Also, her voice actor did a lot of VO for Origins and Awakening, so it won't be too hard to call her back for some more work.

Why? You don't know anything about the story, so maybe you have a very good reason to meet him, king, Warden, or hobo.

I want to see Cullen return.  And I want him to die the death of a thousand papercuts and a vat of battery acid at Hawke's hands for what he did to those poor mage apprentices   My psychotic video game tendencies aside, it'd be great to see Shale and Morrigan.  They were my Warden's BFFs, and I want to see what became of them.

Alistair is king in my game but I would love a drunken hobo Alistair cameo (I am so mean). Poor guy. I'd import a save file with that ending just to see that.

I think the companions from lothering are a lock to be in, i hope you spend some time there before everything goes to hell though.

Hmm...Sten would be interesting to see, I guess. Maybe w/ more of his people? It's him or Oghren passed out on a road or tavern.

During a cut scene you see Oghren passed out in the background outside a tavern; that would be hilarious. You don't get to speak to him though and then again later on during a serious scene, you see Oghren passed out in the background along with drunken hobo warden king Alistair. He also makes the same appearances in DA3.

I think you get forced in a situation where your forced to fight darkspawn the start of the game.

Then no darkspawn after that I think.

Flemeth saves you also...

Of course this is one of the parts where the unreliable narrator is telling the story.

Of the companions I would like seeing Sten and Leliana if part of the game takes place in Lothering. Otherwise I'd rather not see any of the old companions except the ruler of Ferelden if it's important to show him.

Of the NPCs I'd like to see Wade, Herren and the Crow traveling merchant brothers.

Wade and Herren can die at Vigil's Keep.

Anyhow, of the companions:
Morrigan - I really want to find out whatever happened to her Old God Child or whatever.
Alistair - Just a cameo would be fine. He's king, after all.
And I kinda want to say Leliana but she only really has a relation to my Warden, so yeah

Other people:
The Architect - He'll be there. Just you see.
Sandal - Mandatory.
Ser Cauthrien - She probably left Ferelden following Loghain's death at the Landsmeet. Why not run into her? Hell, why not even as a companion?
Isabela - Sex.
