Thus ends Amelia's Origins journey and my first completed series. Thank you so much to everyone who has followed and read them, and most especially to those who reviewed and encouraged me throughout! A big special thanks to SurelyForth for previewing letters and helping me figure out if things were horrible or stupid! Some have asked whether these will continue or not – I'm not opposed to the idea but no particular concept has grabbed me yet, so we'll see. Maybe one day we'll hear from Amelia again.

Again, my sincerest thanks to all of you!


Edit: lol Darnit, why is my last story post that's not a reply a top of page?  I have this urge to put a screenshot of Amelia up now, but she's a PS3 character and all I have are horrible digital camera pics!!!  Ah well, pretend this helps you picture what Amelia looks like.

The worst thing is that those are all with my camera phone...the actual 10 MP digital camera either can't handle the room darkness or else the flash reflects on the screen and ruins the shot.



lol So yeah, not only are they manually taken but also on my phone!!!

Since ALL of my character's pictures are taken with a camera phone, I know just how frustrating it can be to get a half-decent image and how long it can take which is why I'm so impressed by that middle image. The eyes especially look really striking.

That's my favorite part too, otherwise I don't like that picture as much as the others. Just lucky on that one, I was trying to shoot a few while Leliana was singing because it had a great close up view of her face. Her eyes were a really nice surprise - Amelia was the fourth character I created, so I hadn't played a lot with the CC and just kind of picked her eye color at random then whoa...pretty!

And at blue-green, they're like a mix of Eleanor and Bryce's! Score!

Sarah - Only a few, if any at all. Amelia certainly wouldn't tell him about the Dark Ritual stuff, so the two letters with that he'd never see. I rather imagine she's told him all of it in person while they were in Denerim, rather than giving him the letters. Much more personal that way, I'd think.

A rather strange bump, but I got a new shot of Amelia that turned out really nicely (given the whole PS3/tv screen/cell phone camera thing) so I wanted to share!
