I was browsing the WAV catalogue and stumbled upon two lines attributed to Zevran, where I heard (or it seemed so) two different voices.
(The different one goes: "I do not know why
I agreed to remain, for things have certainly become no more pleasant.")
At least that would explain why I cannot find any info or pics of the actor.

Has anyone heard the difference? Maybe you have more info on the subject?

There is a single voice actor for Zevran.  There is an interview with him here and his bio is here.
