EDIT: Yeah, the ending was a little lacking. However, at least that pyschotic Azula **** ended up in a mental facility. God, she was evil. Saidistic, she is.

In no particular order: Metalocalypse, Clone High, Azumanga Daioh, Roughnecks, Futurama, Robot Chicken, Venture Brothers., Bucky O'Hare.
I enjoy all of those, except for Venture Brothers. I like Metacolyapse, but it is sort of...odd. Venture Brothers never really made an impact on me. I find it boring.
However, the rest are all awesome; especially Futurama. The new episodes that have been coming out haven't hit the original run's stride, but I hope they improve. The most recent one was excellent.

Wolfsite: Haven't seen Batman: The Animated Series in full, but I've seen enough to know that is very good. If I watched them all, the show might actually be added into my "Favorites" list. Speaking of which, I saw the box sets at Wal-Mart; which I will eventually pick up now that you conveniently reminded me. Along with that new Batman Movie; Under the Red Hood, is it? Ah, now I'm rambling.

Khayness: Of course Cowboy Bebop counts, it is animated, right? I love Cowboy Bebop, honestly. An excellent anime.

Ya some of the stories in Batman :TAS I doubt they would try these days since they are very brooding and reflective on Batman and Bruce Wayne as people with doubts about if they are doing any good or just making things worse.
One Episode titles "Over the Edge" I doubt they would show on regular TV again due to the content.

Interesting. Anything mature and has actual emotional depth is something I like to watch. I think I might pick the box sets up tomorrow, you have re-ignited my interest.
Check out Batman: Mask of the Phantasm as well. A great but overlooked movie which really does a great job showing Bruce in some more vulnerable moments before he put on the cowl for the first time.

And no! I hadn't heard of the new spin off! I hope it's as good as the original.
I refuse to see the live action movie though. They really screwed up the casting, IMHO.
@Khayness: Of course Cowboy Bebop counts!! My favaorite episode is 'Toys in the Attic." "Lesson, lesson: If you see a stranger, follow him!" We can all learn something from Ed.
And speaking of Batman, Batman Beyond was another good series. I wish that one had stuck around a bit longer.

Yeah, the movie sucks. Went and saw it and it has the most laughable dialogue I've ever seen. No joke.
Yeah, the new Avatar series is supposed to be more mature, so maybe this one will have a lot more dark elements.

I think it's better too.

Uh, let's see: Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: SAC, Paranoia Agent, Serial Experiments Lain. I think I'm forgetting some things. I started watching Texhnolyze a while back, which is very very good so far.

And that would have been GREAT!!! The way they had him defeat Ozai was totally out of left field. It was like they just pulled it out of their asses at the last moment. Such a let down.MassOverload wrote...
Steel Moon, if it was a real anime, Aang probably would have ripped Ozai's heart out, lol.
I'm glad I'm boycotting then. I imagine it must be on par with Twilight.MassOverload wrote...

I know, if Aang ripped his heart out I would have been so happy. Hell, I honestly think Zuko should have killed Azula too.
But that past is the past. Yeah, the spinoff takes place one hundred years after the first series, where an industrial age is coming to the world, and anti-bending societies are popping up all over the place. A water tribe girl, Korra, is the next avatar and when the series starts she has already mastered every one except for air. So, she has to be trained by Tenzin, Aang's son OR grandkid; can't remember.
