The only X-Men cartoons I liked were the two episodes of Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends that had the X-Men, the pilot Pryde of the X-Men, and then what little I saw of X-Men Evolution, while not the X-Men from the comics at all, was very enjoyable.
The 90's X-Men was pretty bad, IMO, and the Wolverine and the X-Men should really have been called Wolverine and Supporting Cast. :/

But they story telling was really reminiscent to TAS. I would say this belongs in a top 5 or top 3 best Batman movies.

Other than that...
Japan:
Cowboy Bebop, GitS:SAC, Evangelion ('though I prefer the manga and Rebuild), Digimon Adventure, Digimon Tamers, Gravitation, Seto no Hanayome, Keroro Gunsou, Serial Experiments Lain, BLOOD+, (most of) Naruto, Death Note, GANTZ, Transformers: The Headmasters, Transformers: Super-God Masterforce, Transformers: Victory, MS Zeta Gundam, MR Gundam Wing, MS Gundam SEED, MS Gundam 00
America:
Batman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures, Batman Beyond, The Spectacular Spider-Man, The Boondocks, Futurama, (still kinda) The Simpsons, (most of) South Park, The Real Ghostbusters (NOT the spin-offs!), The Transformers (seasons 1-3), Disney's Gargoyles, Disney's Gummi Bears, Disney's Aladdin, Spider-Man ('94)
I have high hopes for Transformers Prime and Young Justice. The various announced Marvel series leave this Marvel Zombie quite cold, though.
Notes:
Regarding Digimon: I also like Adventure 02 and Frontier (Savers is merely okay, Xros Wars is utter dreck), but this is about favorites.
Regarding the DCAU: I didn't like Superman TAS (maybe I would now) and never got around to watching Justice League (Unlimited) or Static Shock. And I dislike all post-DCAU series to date.
Regarding Marvel: I like(d) most animated series (MAU and otherwise) till '98. Not many highlights after that.
Regarding the Disney series other than Gargoyles: That's purely nostalgia speaking; no idea whether I'd still like them.
Regarding Avatar: I assume I'd love it, but I never got around to watching it either.
Honorary mentions: all .hack// series and the Hanna-Barbera cartoons till about 1995.

Superman: TAS is good, but not B:TAS good, still it's woth watching if you have the time. Justice League/JLU though is fantastic, and you should do yourself a favor and just watch it.

Current running favs are as followed (airbender takes all time favorite show DAMN YOU M. NIGHT)...
Boondocks- First season was alright, but every episode had to have some deeper moral point, second season started to do away with that, and now third season is full of just plain fun episodes. No more "black rights this and black rights that" now we get epic anime style kickball games with breaking bones and shattered skulls. Its a clever show with some of the best characters I think I've ever seen. It's funny as hell and has surprsingly awesome fight scenes.
Squidbillies- Just plain nuts...
Adventure Time- it's like if an acid trip was a sentiant being and could it's self get high. I cannot even start to describe this show anymore then that. It's something everyone should experiance. This show would fit in right along other Adult Swim programs, only it's during the day, which is a major shocker considering what they get away with.
Side-Note Do you know Nick is making another airbender series, and no cheap rip off, this is by the creators of the first one! It's all about Aang's granddaughter. Aang's dead though
Actually, about the new airbender series, it focuses on a young water tribe avatar who is trained by Aang's son Tenzin. That is what has been confirmed so far.
You mean there's an other one!? Where did you find this information?
Oh and Avatar: The Last Airbender and Batman: TAS was also my favorites. I'm sure there's more, but right now, I'm lazy at the moment.

I just finished watching Batman: Under the Red Hood and frankly they did a great job, actually they did a better job explaining the back story of Robin 2 better than the comic the movie is based on (Well the version they created made a lot more sense).
But they story telling was really reminiscent to TAS. I would say this belongs in a top 5 or top 3 best Batman movies.
I watched it recently too and I was impressed, I initially thought I was not going to like it so much.
I generaly hate the very concept of Robin, but this movie made me like Jason, solely because he ends up adding more tragedy to Batman.

I like the concept so far. I'm disappointed it's a miniseries though. Either Nickelodeon wants to test the waters before committing to a whole new series, or the creators simply intend this story to run a lot shorter. Seeing as the protagonist has already mastered three forms of bending it's probably the latter.

I actually think that is a mistake, from all of the press releases I have seen, they seem commited to making a more in-depth long term story. Of course, I'm not positive.

I'll mention Bravestarr again, main reason this one is on my list is merely because of one episode. All Cartoons in this era do anti drug episodes but this one was extremely dark, they introduce three children who are best friends and in the course of the episode you see them get torn apart when one of them gets hooked on a drug and becomes an addict while the other friend is torn between honouring a promise he made or to tell someone about what is happenning. In the end they actually have the child die of an overdose and shoe his gravesite at the end, it was very powerful when I first saw it as a kid and has stayed with me for quite some time.

Oh man, I watch far too many to list. But all of you listed the vast majority of them. I definitely have to reiterate the X-Men cartoon from the 90's. I think Invader Zim is probably my favorite of all time.
Lol! Good call! I think I wiped Invader Zim out of my memory because it was so depressing such a creative and unique show was canceled.

Venture Bros! One of the best! Number #21 and #24 deserve their own spin-off.
