[Casualty]

I recently purchased Mass Effect 2, and have been attempting to purchase Bioware points/DLC. 

In both pages
https://masseffect2....=OFB-MASS:20834&
And
https://points.biowa...ockbox/checkout?

give me the same message:

"Internal Error.  The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.  If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it."

After reading around, this does not appear entirely too uncommon, but others seem to have success with reporting and getting it fixed.  Thank you in advance.
